Fallon for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings with the actions pending there.
- IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that MDL No. 2592 is renamed In re: Xarelto (Rivaroxaban) Products Liability Litigation.

The latest Xarelto news revolves around the proposed expansion of the drug for some additional problems by Johnson & Johnson and Bayer. Xarelto, manufactured by Janssen Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, has been widely prescribed.
