- Plaintiffs bring claims for personal injury and loss of consortium related to allegations that plaintiff Graham Yates contracted mesothelioma from defendants’ brake products (ford and honeywell).
- Remaining for trial, scheduled to commence July 14, 2014, are plaintiffs’ claims for negligence in putting asbestos or asbestos-containing products into the market (First Cause) and failure to warn (Fifth Cause).
- The court reviewed expert reports and considered the each and every exposure theory as it relates to asbestos exposure and mesothelioma
