A man working in the construction industry with drywall during 1963 to 2008 files a second hand asbestos exposure lawsuit alleging that his wife developed lung cancer from second hand asbestos exposure in the Madison – St. Clair, Illinois. Supposedly, the lawsuit alleges:
- that the wife developed lung cancer from second hand asbestos exposure because she was exposed to and inhaled, ingested or otherwise absorbed large amounts of asbestos fibers and developed lung cancer
- that asbestos was manufactured, sold, distributed or installed by Georgia-Pacific
- that Georgia Pacific knew or should have known the products had a toxic, poisonous and highly damaging effect upon persons inhaling, ingesting or otherwise absorbing them and that it might be possible that his wife developed lung cancer from second hand asbestos exposure
