Abutahoun, Dow, Asbestos & Mesothelioma: A case in the Court of Appeals California, Second District, Division Four ruled on an appeal.

The Abutahoun, Dow, Asbestos & Mesothelioma case is about a Texas man that worked as an independent contractor installing asbestos laden pipeline in the chemical industry at a Dow Chemicals plant.  Allegedly, he developed mesothelioma from exposure to asbestos (e.., from the asbestos in the insulation used on the pipe and pipeline) while working at the chemical plant.  The trial court ruled in favor of hte plaintiff but the subsequent appeals reversed and affirmed the reversal in favor of Dow Chemical.
